If you are the energetic type you might shoot a few hoops with the basketball, go jogging, ride bicycles, play ping-pong or work out on the exercise equipment. You might like to swim or splash around in the heated pool or sunbathe on the patio by the rose garden.

There is a great room to relax in. It has a real wood burning fireplace for the cold fall and winter days.

Enjoy a wonderful country breakfast in the dining room overlooking the river.

In the evening you might enjoy blackberry pie a la mode or a hot fudge sundae with a cup of tea, coffee, cappuccino or soda pop as you relax in the sunroom with its large screen T.V.

The house has central air conditioning and some rooms have ceiling fans, Laundry facilities are available if needed.
